Low Emission Coal Power Plant Boiler Design
Industrial boiler is an important kind of thermal power equipment, and China has become the world's largest country of producing and using industrial boilers. Due to the particularity of energy structure, China's industrial boilers are mainly coal-fired. Coal is the biggest single source of energy for electricity production and its share is growing. The efficiency of converting coal into electricity matters: more efficient power plants use less fuel and emit less climate-damaging carbon dioxide. Coal, when properly handled and combusted, is one of the cleanest fossil fuels available today.
With the improvement of boiler design, coal fired power station boiler has many advantages: high efficiency, lower emission, lower fuel cost and so on. 1. Secondary-air optimization layout. Optimized secondary air layout can improve the grade of air blowing, which can not only strengthen the oxidation zone burnout and reduction zone hypoxia sub-low NOx combustion effect, but also inhibit the temperature to achieve low nitrogen and high efficiency.
2. Flue gas recycling technology. The use of flue gas recycling technology makes the primary air oxygen content reduced to 17% to 19%, which have a beneficial effect on low nitrogen and efficient desulfurization process.
3. Measurement and control system. Through the accurate measurement of flow can achieve the following objectives and effects: the secondary air volume can be accurately measured and combustion stage can be precisely controlled; keep the unit running at low nitrogen state at any time; achieve the synergistic control of nitrogen oxide boiler combustion efficiency.
