Gas oil boiler types
According to the application of boilers, they can be classified into steam boiler and hot water heating boiler. According to the structure of boilers, they can be classified into wns type boiler, D type boiler and vacuum hot water boiler, or smoke tube boiler, fire tube boiler, water tube boiler. Besides, gas oil fuel power plant boiler is a larger scale equipment.
D type water tube boiler
Water tube boilers are that in which water circulates in tubes. Fuel is burned inside the furnace, creating hot gas which heats water in the steam-generating tubes. D type packaged steam boiler is designed with a capacity up to 65 t/h. It is composed of upper and lower drum, membrane water wall, convection tube bundle and flue gas condensation recovery device. The heating surface layout is convenient, they also have a good heat transfer performance. The structure can be used for condition that need a large capacity and high parameters.
Fire tube boiler
Fire tube boiler is also called smoke tube boiler. As its name suggests, of which smoke or heat flowing through boiler tubes and the water surrounds outside of the tubes to be heated and turned into steam. WNS type gas oil boiler is designed with fire tube structure. This type of boilers are generally used for industries that need not super-heated steam for production process. Three pass fire tube boiler and waste heat recovery boiler are the common fire tube steam boiler. They have a simple structure and a large volume of water and steam and good adaptability to changes in load, the water quality requirements is lower than the water tube boilers.
Vacuum hot water heating boiler
Vacuum hot water boiler is a kind of hot water boiler working under vacuum state, which is no risk of explosion because of no scale inside. With advanced three-pass and wet back structures, the thermal efficiency can up to 92%. The unit running internal absolute pressure is 0.02 ~ 0.08 MPa, so it is safe in operation.
