Overview

Equipments for aac plant: blender , stirring casting car , bolster, mold button, steam curing car, monospar double hook driving crane, slings for lifting loads, post strut, bucket elevator, ball grinder, autoclave , steam boiler , crab winch , cutting machine, aluminum powder mixer, bucket feeding machine., Slurry storage tank , bunker ,crusher , measure tank.

Annual output : 200000 square

Equipments needed:6 sets of autoclaves and the model is known as FGZSS1.5-2.85×32

The autoclave was delivered in December in 2011, and in good condition still now .The overall compatibility of our Autoclave is good, with short installation period, and low investment costs.

Background

Tangshan Fellowship company began the preparation of the annual output of 300000 cubic meters of autoclaved aerated concrete block production line project in 2011. Aerated concrete block production line project is located in tangshan port development zone, adjacent to t completed Wangtan power station. The project based on the wangtan power, uses of wangtan power plant water, electricity, steam as resources, comprehensive utilization of power plant wastes such as fly ash, desulfuration gypsum, to produce new types of building materials autoclaved aerated concrete block which is energy conservation and environmental protection .
