Coke oven gas fired boiler manufactured by ZBG

Our company designs the coke oven gas/ blast furnace gas boiler that adopts Π structure, water tube system and superheater suspended on the roof of the boiler, economizer and air preheater arranged on the tail of steel frame, and the low temperature air preheater can be pulled out and easy to inspect.

Background

Much waste heat will produced in process of coking industry, which takes away part of energy of fuel and can be reused to save cost of industry. The waste heat can bu used to heat water and produce steam or hot water or generate power for industry. A 40 t/h coke oven gas fired boiler was purchased for the recycling utilization of coke oven gas or blast furnace gas produced in a coking company.
