Factors Affecting Combustion Efficiency of CFB Boiler
The circulating fluidized bed boiler is famous for its high efficiency. The boiler efficiency and the boiler thermal efficiency we often say are actually the combustion efficiency of the boiler. It is the ratio of the heat gained by the steam in the furnace in a certain period of time to the total heat generated by the fuel consumed in this period. The efficiency of CFB boiler produced by ZBG is currently 91.98%. Boiler efficiency is very important, it is directly related to the operation of the boiler, especially the interests of customers, because boiler efficiency will determine the cost of boiler operation, the more efficient the boiler, the lower the operating costs. Although boiler operation cost is determined by many factors, boiler efficiency is the main factor. Now let's see what factors can cause the reduction of the combustion efficiency of CFB boilers.
1. The influence of bed pressure on combustion: the bed pressure is a parameter reflecting the bed charge quantity in the furnace, and is also the sole judgment basis of the bed charge quantity. Its value is affected by many factors such as load, air volume, bed charge granularity, coal quality, coal type and so on.
2. The influence of particle size on combustion: It is necessary to adjust the particle size of coal into the furnace according to the ash-forming characteristics of coal, so as to minimize the bed material with larger or smaller particle size.
3.Fly ash combustibles: Fly ash combustibles are the main performance indicators of CFB boilers. High carbon content of fly ash will lead to the reduction of boiler thermal efficiency.
