Fluidized Bed Boiler for 10 MW Biomass Power Plant
Biomass combustion technologies burn a variety of biomass fuels, including wood, crop remnants, wood pulp and chips, and municipal solid waste. These materials are difficult to burn efficiently in conventional furnaces because of several inherent properties, including overall low heating value, low fixed carbon, and higher moisture content. For a 10 MW biomass power plant, the circulating fluidized bed boiler is the better choice for burning biomass because it transfers the heat of combustion into steam as the driving force.
Fluidized bed boiler is also a cleaner reaction when it comes to agricultural waste—in conventional combustion systems potassium and sodium compounds contained in plant matter react with other elements during combustion, creating slag deposits; this is not generally a problem for biomass boilers. 10MW Biomass power plant installed in rice mill, paper plant, sugar plant, cotton mill, or other industry plants burns the biomass fuels and co-burning with coal fuel is clean and energy saving, not only does it deal the agricultural or forestry waste, it also generates heat and power for itself production.
Biomass fired CFB boiler manufactured by ZG Group has a wide capacity range of 6 ton/hr to 410 ton/hr, co-firing with coal fuels to provide steam, hot water and electricity for industry production. Any interested, feel free to contact us!
