Bagasse Boiler in Sugar Factory
A typical application for biomass power generation is utilization of the bagasse in sugar factory. The sugar cane is crushed first and squeezed in a mill to extract the sugar content. The remaining fibrous is called bagasse, and is used as fuel for power boilers. Steam is generated, which first produces electric power for in-house use, and exhaust steam is used as process heat for sugar processing.
Bagasse is used to supply steam
ZBG bagasse fired packaged boiler is horizontal type double drums water tube boiler with high steam quality, the combustion equipment is chain grate. ZBG biomass fired steam boiler has reached the international advanced level on technology and performance, it has the advantages of compact structure, high steam quality, sufficient output, operate convenient and environmental protection. Except bagasse, the series steam boiler could also burn other biomass fuels, such as wood pellet, straw, rice husk, coconut shell, cotton seeds, corncob, peanut shell, etc. To avoid coking and improve combustion efficiency, it adopts new type crack screw wind adjustment structure so that the wind adjustment and ventilation cross section proportion is 100%. Thus, it is easy to adjust and the wind is distributed symmetrically.
Bagasse for power generation
Bagasse for power generation can use ZBG corner tube boiler or biomass CFB boiler, which have many advantages, reliable water cycling, efficient burning and low pollution low flow speed of flue gas, hardly abrasive heating surface, low frequency of maintenance.
