Bagasse Power Generation Boiler Information List
The fibrous matter remaining after the sorghum stalks or agro-wastes crushing is simply called as a bagasse. Bagasse is an efficient bio-fuel. It is similar to the bagasse made from agave plant. When produced in sufficient quantities, it can be used in sugar mills as a fuel due to the production of sufficient energy by its combustion. Secondary use includes cogeneration (to provide both the heat energy and electricity) which can also be commercialized to sell as grid energy.
A sugar mill of our country is treating between 570 000 to 600 000 of sugar cane yearly, as usual a part of the sugar cane bagasse is used by the sugar plant to produce its own electricity, the sugar cane plant is working since years and the part of the byproduct not used became a problem, we are planning to use this byproduct to produce electricity, in your advertisement you said that you can help to calculate the project cost, of course, to do so, you need some more information/indications etc. Could you send us a list of the needed information ?
Bagasse Power Generation Boiler
Hello, if bagasse is used as boiler fuel to generate electricity. We would like to know the following information?
- How much electricity is generated in one hour? The minimum power generation of ZBG boiler plant is 1MW/h
- What is the moisture content of bagasse? If the moisture content is too high, it needs to be dried or dried naturally until the moisture is in the right place.
- Is the project site, boiler tonnage, and model designed? If not, can ZBG also make a boiler plan for free!
