Conditions of Biomass Boiler Full Combustion
Both straw and rice husk or many other types of biomass fuel, need to burn in the necessary conditions, let the boiler maximum efficiency, and these conditions are indispensable. If not meet the combustion conditions, it will cause the boiler cost increase, low combustion efficiency, boiler failure increases and so on. The following conditions are the necessary for combustion of biomass boiler fuel:
1. High enough temperature
High enough temperature to ensure the heat needed for the ignition and to ensure effective combustion speed. Biomass fuel ignition temperature is about 250 ℃, the ignition process is accumulated gradually, make more fuel in reaction temperature, when the temperature reaches 800 ℃, biomass can very good burning.
2. The appropriate amount of air
If the air volume is too small, the combustible components can not be fully burned, resulting in incomplete combustion loss. However, if the air volume is too much, it will reduce the combustion chamber temperature and affect the degree of complete combustion. In addition, it will cause large amount of flue gas and reduce the thermal effect of biomass boiler.
3. Full combustion time
Biomass fuel combustion has a certain speed to achieve the maximum combustion degree of the biomass particle, so that the combustion will take a certain amount of time. The biggest problem of combustion adjustment is to keep the residence time of burning in the furnace as much as possible, and have enough time of combustion to make complete combustion.
4. The timely mixing of oxygen content
In the most intense burning combustion center not hypoxia and in the upper part of the burnout zone need keep enough oxygen.
