In Jan. 2016, CMT company purchased two sets of gas fired boilers for its textile mill in Bangladesh and the boilers had completed the installation and put into operation in June. In additon, the client also ordered a 1 ton heavy oil fired boiler from our company in February. Recently its manufacturing was finished, and the WNS1-1.0-Y boiler complete with standard accessories were shipped from Qingdao, China to Tamatave, Madagascar.
Now the boiler has been installed in the textile mill and going to put into operation soon.

CMT is one of the leading vertically integrated garment manufacturers in the world. Headquartered in Mauritius, the company specialize in fast-fashion jerseywear for high-street retailers in Europe and the US. But now CMT is spreading its market and establishing textile factory in Bangladesh. This year it plans to build its third factory in Bangladesh, and steam boilers are required for the textile processing. After inspection and comparison, the company finally chose to purchase two sets of gas fired steam boiler from ZBG: 1 ton and 2 ton gas fired boiler.
In January 2016, ZG Group signed a contract with CMT, a textile company in Bangladesh. The CMT ordered two sets of gas fired steam boiler for providing steam in textile processing. In the middle of April, the manufacturing of 1 ton and 2 ton gas fired steam boiler were finished, and shipped to Bangladesh. In the end of May, the two sets of steam boilers were installed and will be put into operation soon.

The gas fired steam boilers belong to WNS series fire tube type boiler. WNS series boiler is fast-assembly installation boiler and it mainly consists of boiler proper, interconnecting flue, burner, steam&water system, meters, economizer and condenser (optional). It has the advantages such as clean combustion, no pollution in the emission, easy operation, high output and so on.
