How to Save Energy for Gas Fired Boiler
Energy saving is a problem that needs to be considered in industrial production, especially industrial boilers for industrial production to improve thermal power support, and energy saving embodies the technical level of the boiler industry.
In addition to transforming traditional industrial coal fired boilers into natural gas steam boilers, measures can be taken to save energy in the operation of natural gas steam boilers.
1. According to the amount of steam needed in industrial production, the rated power of natural gas steam boiler and the number of boilers are selected. The higher the matching degree of the two conditions, the less the loss of exhaust smoke is, the more obvious the energy saving is.
2. Full contact between fuel and air: making the best proportion of fuel and appropriate air to achieve the best proportion of combustion, which can not only improve fuel combustion efficiency, but also reduce the polluted gas emission and achieve the goal of dual energy saving.
3. Reducing the exhaust temperature of the natural gas steam boiler: reducing the boiler exhaust temperature to effectively use the waste heat produced in the exhaust smoke, the efficiency of the common boiler is 85-88%, and the exhaust temperature is 220-230℃. If the exhaust gas is set up and the exhaust gas temperature is reduced to 140-150℃, the boiler efficiency can be increased to 90-93%.
4. Recovery and utilization of the heat of the sewage from the boiler: through the heat exchange of the continuous sewage water heat, to improve the water supply temperature of the deoxidizing water to achieve the purpose of natural gas steam boiler saving energy.
At the same time, the energy saving measures of natural gas steam boilers can also reasonably recover condensate water in heating systems and recycle the heat of these condensate water.
