Coke oven gas, blast furnace gas ignition temperature is high, but once catches fire, it will burn very quickly. With low fuel gas explosion limit, it easily explodes after mixed with air, so the boiler furnace is designed as a square, burner arrangement in the four corners. It adopts four light vortex burner, producing higher hot air temperature not only ensures the combustion gas temperature field and the aerodynamic conditions needed and the full combustion of fuel gas, but also prevents the fuel gas and air mixture in the burner.
Besides the conventional protection device, the coal fired industrial boiler is equipped with automatic ignition, flame monitoring device, flame-out protection device and the gas pressure is lower than a certain value automatically cut off gas supply device, etc.
