How To Process CFB Boiler Furnace Drying
In order to ensure the normal operation of CFB Boiler, after its maintenance or long-term operation, it is necessary to process properly furnace drying to get rid of moisture in the furnace, otherwise it might easily lead to furnace wall cracking and deformation. In addition, attentions should be paid to the cleaning of furnace, smoke flue and the fold smoke wall while circulating fluidized bed boiler furnace drying. Here let’s take the 130 ton CFB steam boiler as the example, to see how to process the furnace drying?
Before furnace drying:
Before furnace drying, 130t h circulating fluidized bed boiler doors and ducts should be opened, usually it takes 7 ~ 10 days for the furnace inside natural drying; then put hearth layer of 300~400ram on the air distribution plate, and place the prepared wood in the right center of the air distribution plate material layer (Notice: there shouldn’t be anything non-flammable like nails). Pay attention that the fame cannot approach boiler front and rear furnace wall when the 130 ton CFB Boiler processes furnace drying, and the drying temperature should be no higher than 50℃ on the first day.
While furnace drying:
When the combustion chamber temperature rose to a certain temperature and ventilation gravity has increased, 130 t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler should turn down its flue baffle or Induced draft fan air shutter. During furnace drying process, timely add water whenever water shortage, and keep the water level always at the normal water level line. Stable combustion of the wood material is also important for successful drying, if necessary, start the air fan to supply proper amount of air.
