Coal Fired Boiler With Power Generation Capacity of 2500KW/H and Calculation of Coal Consumption
We intend to setup a clay brick project, which require approximately 2500 KW Power. As due to shortage of natural gas or supply system of gas not available, thereby we intend to use Coal. As you have been in the field of coal gas generator and power system supply project, so it would be highly appreciable if you kindly provide following information:
1) How large capacity boilers do 2500KW power plants need to be equipped with?
2) What shall be per day coal consumption for 2500 KW power generator?
3) What about the level of pollution or emission standard?
4) How much time do you need for supply, installation, commissioning and training to the operator and maintainers?
coal-fired steam boiler
1) How large capacity boilers do 2500KW power plants need to be equipped with?
A 6-ton steam boiler is needed for every 1000kw of power generation, and a 15-ton coal fired steam boiler is needed for a power generation of 2500KW.
2) What shall be per day coal consumption for 2500 KW power generator?
Generally, a 1 ton coal-fired steam boiler requires 600,000 kcal/hour. The calorific value of the second-class bituminous coal is about 5500kcal/kg. The boiler thermal efficiency is generally about 75%. Then a 1-ton coal-fired steam boiler consumes coal per hour. The amount is: 600000kcal/h÷5500kcal/kg÷75%=145.5kg/h. So:
The hourly coal consumption of a 15-ton coal-fired steam boiler is 145.5*15=2182.5kg/h.
3) What is the pollution level or emission standard?
Each country has different pollutant emission standards, but the coal fired boiler emissions produced by ZBG can reach 100% of the national emission standards.
4) How much time do you need to provide, install, debug and train operators and maintenance personnel?
Specific analysis is required for specific situations. Of course, we also have past project cases for reference. Please communicate with our project manager for details.
