Conversion of Boiler Heat and Pressure Unit
1. Conversion of boiler heat unit
a. Joules (J), KJ and GJ are widely adopted in engineering calculation. In the actual operation of thermal calculation, thermal measurement, and heat test, the main units expressed in the standard technical documents such as national standards and charts, line map inquiries and so on. However, other export units and engineering habits are intertwined, making this unit not very convenient in today's thermal calculation.
b. Watts (W), KW and megawatts (MW) are the common units of heat supply engineering, such as thermal capacity of hot water boilers, such as 7MW, 14MW, 29MW, 56MW, etc., which are often referred to as 10t, 20t, 40t, 80t and other boilers, which are equivalent to the design of steam boilers of similar capacity, hot water boilers and heat exchange stations in engineering. Heat metering instruments, heating and ventilation heating design calculation, estimation, heating indicators are widely used.
c. Cards (CAL) and thousand cards (Kcal) have been eliminated, but the project is still in use, especially a large number of technical books, such as the standard calorific value of coal, 7000Kcal.
2. Basic calculation formula
1W=0.86Kcal, 1kW=860Kcal, 1Kcal=1.163W;
1t saturated steam =0.7MW=700kW=2.5GJ=60 0000 Kcal;
1kg standard coal =7000Kcal=29300KJ=29.3MJ=0.0293GJ=8141W=8.141kW;
1GJ=1000MJ; 1MJ=1000KJ; 1KJ=1000J
1Kcal=4.1868KJ; 1W=3.6J
3. Conversion of boiler pressure unit
1MPa=1000KPa; 1KPa=1000Pa
1 standard atmospheric pressure =0.1MPa
1 standard atmospheric pressure =1 kilogram pressure =100KPa=1bar
1mmHg=13.6mmH2O=133.32Pa (PA)
1mmH2O=10Pa (PA)
1KPa=1000Pa=100mmH2O (millimeter water column)
1bar=1000mbar
1mbar=0.1KPa=100Pa
