How to Determine the Parameters of the Cement Kiln Waste Heat Boiler?
The basic type, capacity and steam parameters of the waste heat boiler are generally negotiated and determined by the boiler design and manufacturing unit and the ordering party.
The capacity of the waste heat boiler should be designed according to the maximum value of the total flue gas entering the boiler under the rated conditions of the cement production line and the total heating value or not less than 1.1 times the average value.
The steam parameters of the waste heat boiler should be determined based on the waste heat resource conditions of the cement kiln, actual operating conditions, fuel quantity and system operating characteristics, and after thermal calculations, air leakage and heat dissipation losses are considered.
The flue gas parameters and rated evaporation capacity of the waste heat boiler should meet the following requirements:
a) The flue gas parameters are the parameters under the design conditions of the boiler.
b) The rated evaporation capacity is the maximum continuous evaporation capacity under the design conditions of the boiler.
c) For the waste heat utilization system where the kiln tail waste heat boiler steam enters the kiln head waste heat boiler to reheat the waste heat utilization system, the rated evaporation capacity of the kiln head boiler model should be added to the kiln tail waste heat boiler evaporation capacity.
d) The rated evaporation capacity of the shared superheater is the sum of the evaporation capacity of the kiln head waste heat boiler and the kiln tail waste heat boiler.
