DHL biomass fired boiler is one large volume, layer combustion, energy saving chain grate boiler, independent innovated and designed by ZBG Boiler, on the basis of importing new technology through GEF project and domestic and foreign technology research of corner tube boiler. They were sold to Mexico, Costa Rica, and Colombia under ASME standard.

Adopting cross girder grate, less running resistance
Cross-girder grate is adopted, so it has the features of less operation resistance, better grate cooling effects, lower breakdown rate, less fuel leak. And the grates are made by the first-class professional manufacture.
High combustion efficiency
Fuel is spaying into the furnace, mixture combustion of “layer combustion and suspension combustion”, high combustion efficiency.
Simple and stable
Biomass fired corner tube power plant boiler has self-supporting structure, the problem relating to the expansion and the supporting of the boilers is tackled smartly. The supporting structure is stable and compact.
