The maintenance of oil fired boiler's burner

1.Turn off the oil-fired boiler power, remove the photosensitive resistance, use a dry cloth to clean up, and remove the nozzle with gasoline or trichlorethylene cleaning carefully. only wood and plastic tool can be used , rather than metal tools. The nozzle should be replaced, after running 2000 hours.
2.clean the nozzle on the oil filter carefully, remove the burner cyclone, and clear the dust on the inner wall of the combustion head and soot, to make the air flow is unobstructed.
3. clean the dust and carbon electrodes carefully, correct the position of the electrodes and the interval between cleaning the filter pump. Clean the oil filter and fuel tank, and once damaged strainer was found, timely replacement is needed.
4.If too much sediment in the boiler tank, it should be cleaned; if necessary, clean the boiler and chimney soot. We should always pay attention to the oil level in the tank and avoid it damages the pump.
