The constant temperature phase of aac autoclave
Constant temperature stage is an important stage for the intensity increasing.With the extension of constant temperature time,the hydrates become more and more,and the intensity growth is faster and faster.But when the constant temperature reaches a certain time,intensity growth begin to slow.For example, in hot and humid conditions of 96 ~ 100 ℃,the constant temperature time is 8 hours in spring and autumn,7 hours in summer,10 hours in winter.
The temperature rise phase of aac autoclave
Under the premise of that the aac block green body is not affected by steam,the temperature rise phase should be shortened as far as possible,as long as sending the steam into the curing room for 1.0 to 1.5 hours.
The temperature reduction phase of aac autoclave
The temperature reduction phase in the aac block production must be controlled,the temperature reduction should not exceed 10 ℃ every 30 minutes.The curing room indoor and outdoor temperature difference is not greater than 30 ℃,the finished product can be out of the room.
