How to Realize Anti-Wear for Coal Fired CFB Boiler

According to related statistics, coal fuel will maintain its central role in the primary energy supply in the coming years. For better utilizing coal efficiency and environmental performance, thus CFB Combustion technology is developed, and widely used in circulating fluidized bed boilers.

However, abrasion might occur and affect the boiler efficiency, then which points to pay attention can realize anti-wear during coal fired circulating fluidized bed boiler operating?

1.Superheater and economizer.
In front of the superheater and economizer we arrange the high temperature separator to largely reduce the inlet flue gas density and refine the particle size, this can reduce the fly ash particle in washing and wearing superheater and economizer.

2.Submerged tubes.
The lowest place for submerged tubes should be 450mm, and the flue gas speed should no excess 5.5m/s, besides the tubes adopt stainless steel anti-wear fins and its service life is long. For instance, if we use 4000Kcal/kg bituminous coal in the CFB boiler, the submerged tube life can be 4 years or longer.

3.Boiler furnace, separator.
All the separator inlet, separator wall, separator outlet, and return feed device use corundum wear castable or plastic material.
