How to Recycle Autoclave Waste Heat
During the production of building material like fly ash brick, autoclaved aerated concrete block, cement pole, high-temperature high-pressure steam autoclave curing is applied to improve materials strength. As a large quantity of steam is used, there is also a great deal of waste heat generated. And we can recycle the autoclave waste heat to save fuel as well as reduce operation cost.
Four Measures to Recycle Autoclave Waste Heat
1.Using the method of steam transfer for waste heat utilization
Steam Transfer of autoclaves has no season and time limitation and no need to add complicated equipment. More autoclaves are easier for organizing steam transfer and vice versa. The key point is to find out the most reasonable combination and autoclave curing cycle diagram, in order to maximize the waste heat utilization. The method is effective but not thorough, when the two sets of autoclaves have the same pressure, the method will be useless for cycling waste heat.
2.Heat steam boiler water
In a full AAC Plant project, steam boiler and autoclave are necessity. Then we can use the autoclave’s waste heat to heat boiler feed water. This way can not only absorb the waste heat exhausted during steam curing, also absorb the condensing waster heat, the economic benefit is obvious.
3. Heat production water
Using a heat exchanger and absorbing the exhausted gas heat by tap water. This system is used when production water amount is not very large, and only the autoclave heating room and boiler room distance is very far, the method will be considered.
4.Heat life water
This is mainly for heating bath water, and it is also to absorb heat by heat exchanger. To transfer the boiler soft water in heat exchanger into tap water, after absorbing exhausted heat, the water enters into hot water tanker or bathing pool.
