1.During the operation, paying attention to adjust its combustion, control the excess air ratio in a reasonable range, prevent primary wind from rushing the wall, avoid reduction gas occur nearby burner wall, meanwhile improve the corrosion resistant ability of waste heat boiler metal.
2.Strictly control the coking waste heat boiler water PH value, regularly (every two hours) inspect boiler water PH value. When the PH value is less than 10, operator can increase the dose of tricalcium phosphate, and sodium hydroxide to adjust the value.
3. To prepare for the maintenance of the boiler. After coking waste heat boiler shutdown, it would be better to adopt dry maintenance, discharge all the water clearly, with a small fire drying out moisture, then add 2 ~ 3 kg lime-stones or calcium chloride per cubic meter inside boiler volume, to ensure boiler wall’s drying, so that we can effectively prevent corrosion during deactivation.
