How To Use Biomass Fuel Efficiently
According to the research, the total consumption of biomass for energy was more and more. Most of the biomass fuel use is used inefficiently for residential use, mainly for cooking and heating purposes. The second largest use of biomass fuel is industrial use. The 15 largest countries use 65% of the global use. For example, in Congo, Nigeria and Tanzania the biomass usage is estimated to be close to 90 % of the total energy usage.

bagasse, rice husk, straw and cotton stalks can be used for industrial biomass fuel boilers to generate steam or heat water or used for power generation. Biomass fuel boiler is used especially in sugar mills, pulp and paper mills in India. In Brazil, about 21% of the biomass energy is sugar cane bagasse that used in the food and beverage industry boilers and 7% from other renewable primary sources. About 33% of the wood energy is used in iron- and steel industry. Wood residues are consumed for energy purposes mainly in the pulp and paper industry.
Wood pellet in global market
In the European area, pellets are produced to either domestic use or for export to other European countries. Germany is the largest pellet producer in Europe. In Sweden, the largest pellet producers use saw dust and shavings as raw material. The competition of raw material is intense, and pellets are consumed more than produced. In Russia, wood pellet production is increasing. There are currently around 150 pellet mills in Russia, produced 75% of the country’s total production.

Large capacity cfb boilers used typically for utility power production are typically cfb combustion steam boilers. the fluidized bed boilers are very suitable to burn various biomass fuel such as sawdust and other biomass fuel. Most of the power plant boilers use both biomass and fossil fuels such as coal.
With the increasing price of fuel in global market, biomass fuel can be well used with a cheaper price to get more profit and save more cost for industries. Biomass fuel boilers such as traveling grate type boiler and cfb boiler are the best choice for industries.
