Power boiler for 1000MW Powerplant in ZBG - Zhengzhou Boiler Co., Ltd

I'm a Brazilian Civil Engineer and I’m preparing a preliminary construction project of a new urban center for 400,000 people, that will require:

(i)-a 1000MW powerplant, powered by geothermal energy; as well as

(ii)-a district HVAC system.

Having said that, I would ask you:

(a)-What would be the FOB (Freight on Board) price, for these two items, for delivery in the port of Santos, Brazil?

(b)-What is the CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) price for these two items?

(c)-What would be the area required to house this 1000MW powerplant?

(d)-What would be the area required to house this district HVAC system?

(e)-Based in your experience, do you consider this 1000MW powerplant sufficient for this urban center?
