Cfb steam boiler
Cfb boiler refers to the circulating fluidized bed type steam boiler, which can also called as fbc steam boiler. The combustion efficiency is the ability of a furnace to burn carbon. CFBC systems have a special advantage, that they are designed to increase the residence burning time of solid fuel, with the method of allowing for re-circulation of fuel into and through the high-temperature combustion zones. This boilers at high combustion efficiency of up to 99%, which can save many fuel cost than other coal fired boilers.
The cfb boiler in our company can reach the capacity of 280 t/h, which can meet the need of large industries and power plant. The models include double drum cfb steam boiler and single drum cfb steam boiler.
Traveling grate steam boiler
As the most used steam boiler, traveling grate type steam boiler, also called chain grate steam boiler, is in layer burning style. With a larger chamber, the fuel can burn fully in the furnace on a suitable speed designed chain grate, which can save much energy. It has the features of high power output, high combustion efficiency, stable operation, wide range of overload adjustment,etc.
The capacity of this type rice mill boiler is 2-160 t/h. The models include DZL, SHL, DHL. All these boiler has their special features and advantages, which can meet the different need of industry.
