Overview

Equipments for the aac plant: blender , stirring casting car , bolster, mold button, steam curing car, monospar double hook driving crane, slings for lifting loads, post strut, bucket elevator, ball grinder, autoclave , steam boiler , crab winch , cutting machine, aluminum powder mixer, bucket feeding machine., Slurry storage tank , bunker ,crusher , measure tank.

Annual output : 200000 square Equipments needed: 8 sets of autoclaves and the model is known as FGZCS1.5-2.0x31.5

Going through scientific argumentation and on-the-spot investigation, our company successfully bid for the group of 20 cubic aerated concrete in the project. And our company is responsible for the design and manufacture of 7 FGZCS1.5-2.0*26 autoclaved kettle. Finally our company not only completed the production half a month earlier than the required delivery time, but also installed the machine and passed the check one time. Now the AAC item is going on very successfully, and the customer thought highly of our autoclave. Our company’s products have advanced design, automatic welding, stable quality, high efficiency; Integral or segmented shipping are available. All in all, the overall compatibility of our products is good, with short installation period, and low investment costs.

Background

Aerated concrete is a new material for building with the advantages of lightness, high strength, energy saving, soil saving, heat preservation, heat insulation, recycling, fire prevention, superior economic indicators and good workability, and is widely used in industrial and civil architecture for wall, floor and roof plate.
