Autoclave ,autoclaved car, bridge crane with double beams and double cars, automatic spreader, cloth fat wagon ,wire car , pointing rolling machine, silk machine, automatic cutting machine, the pier head machine, rolling machine, screw air compressor, circulating fluidized bed boiler.

Equipment needed: 3sets of φ2.85x26.5m autoclave kettles

Characteristics: The autoclaved kettles of our company are designed ,produced, inspected ,and accepted strictly under the guide of the national standards GB150-1998 "steel pressure vessel" and JC720-1997 "autoclaved kettle", and supervised by the National Quality Technology Supervision Bureau, so the product is sure reliable and safe. A moving- fast door equipped with perfect safety interlock protection device, helps avoid the wrong operation and ensures the safe operation Compression parts of the kettle body are all made under automated welding process, and 100% of X-ray flaw detection. To eliminate weld residual stress and autoclave head forging press , we adopt the the computer control of whole heat treatment process, which is a world leading technology.
