This boiler was produced according Xi 'an Traffic University research product design patent: (1) based on the high temperature circulating fluidized device in separation of fly ash; (2) the corner flag tube boiler convection heating surface composite design method such as flow velocity. This design makes the furnace run with small resistance, low fault rate and grate leak less. One year after the autoclaved kettle was bought, there was no any failure occurs. It is sturdy, with convenient operation and high quality and low price,

Background

Zhengzhou aerated block factory purchased six Φ 2.85 x40m autoclaved kettle and 15 t/h mating boiler from our company. By them , the company produces about 28 cubic products every year. And the price of sand aerated block on the market is about 230-250 yuan. It means that the annual output value is 70 million yuan, which is a great economic benefit.
