Coal fired CFB hot water boiler structure

The drum directed at both ends the ellipsoidal head. The tube body has saturated steam out pipe joints, relief valve, pressure gauge pipe fittings pipe fittings, Water introducing casing joint; Cylinder bends, after welding have soft drinks mixture into fitting pipe, tube body bottom have large diameter decline tube connectors, emergency put tube fittings etc

Background

On Feb. 15, 2015, one set of 116 MW CFB hot water boiler designed and manufactured by our company completed its efficiency test in the thermal power plant of Harbin. Inspected by China Special Equipment Institution, the boiler’s exhaust gas temperature, carbon value in slag, coefficient of excess air and some other data are ideal and the operation efficiency is as high as 92.36%.
