Product introduction:

The cement kiln waste heat boiler developed by Zhengzhou Boiler can meet the different need of cement enterprises with three types of design, high temperature, medium temperature and low temperature. It can not only reduce the production cost but also partially relieve the tension of electricity use. The cement kiln waste boiler is small size, low steel consumption and less air leakage. This type of waste heat boiler is high efficient, safe and stable in the operation, and anti-abrasion. The boiler wall selects light armor plate furnace wall so that it can not only reduce air leakage but also meet the needs of the cement production technology and have a stable power generation.

Background

With large amount of cement is produced in a large-scale cement production enterprise in Turkey, a lot of flue gas is consumed in the process of production, which cost a lot. In this case, this enterprise ordered 21t cement kiln waste heat boiler from our company in February to promote the effectively use of plenty of waste heat generated in the production, which save about one over ten of enterprises costs every year and improve the benefit, overcome the difficulties of gas shortage in Turkey.
