How to prevent hot water boiler from corrosion
To avoid the corrosion of hot water boiler, the following recommendations are listed:
1. For excessive amounts of hydrating rate for boiler , we must find out the cause and cut off all the water tap, block all run, drip, leak, increases automatic vent valve system, strict management system, and make the hydrating rate in standard operation.
2. A small amount of make-up water is inevitable, but we should pay attention to the quantity of make-up water, and oxygen water supplies are the best choice. Separating heating boiler water can use the tail flue waste heat. the cold water first (soft water) preheat to 70 ℃~ 80 ℃, and then put the right amount of phosphate and sodium sulfite into the boiler, which are beneficial and harmless for boiler.
3. To control boiler water PH value strict, we should time (2 hours) assay PH. when the PH value is less than 10, we can increase the phosphate and sodium hydroxide dosage to adjust.
4. Maintenance during shutdown. After disabling hot water boiler, we’d better take preferably dry maintenance. Keep low heat drying out the moisture, then add life stones or calcium chloride according to the volume per cubic meter plus 2 kg to 3 kg to ensure pot wall dry, so that we can effectively prevent corrosion during the outage.
