Steam boiler evaporation
When we choose a steam boilers, evaporation should take into consideration. Evaporation should be close to rated the maximum amount of steam or heat. The output of steam in fact can only reach about 80% of the rated evaporation, because the pipeline losses, boiler scale, soot and other issues will make the boiler is impossible to achieve the perfect operating condition. Particular attention should been paid that China's boiler evaporation is nameplate (nominal) evaporation under pressure, while for some foreign boiler evaporation is zero pressure evaporation, the actual boiler output vary greatly. Example: 1.25Mpa, 4t / h boiler made in China produces four tons per hour of steam 1930C, while some foreign furnaces produce 4 tons per hour of steam 1000C.
Steam boiler feed water temperature
There are five kinds evaporation nameplates of feedwater temperature on the market of the same boiler .they are 20 ℃, 60 ℃, 90 ℃, 100 ℃, 105 ℃. Due to the high and low water temperature, the actual evaporation of the same boiler plate evaporation will have a greater difference. For example: 20 ℃water temperature of the boiler's output and the output water temperature 100 ℃, there are quite different. 20 ℃water temperature of the boiler's output is 100 ℃, the output water temperature is 114%. Small capacity boilers are generally used at room temperature water, how you will feed water temperature to 90 ℃or 100 ℃before entering the boiler ? (Except thermal oxygen required)
Steam boiler working pressure
Boiler plate should be larger than the sum of the rated steam pressure steam supply pipe resistance and produce the desired working pressure. The steam pipe resistance can not ignored , because higher rated steam pressure will produce higher saturated steam temperature
Steam boiler heating surface
Boiler heating surface (heat transfer area) is a major parameter to choose boiler (design). Under the same boiler capacity, the large the heating area is , the lower the exhaust gas temperature is , the higher the boiler efficiency is, so the heat generated by burning fuel are more fully utilized, with low fuel consumption.
