The fuels can be burnt in appropriately CFBC boilers at high combustion efficiency of up to 99%, which can save many fuel cost than other coal fired boilers. Another major advantage of CFBC system is that it can consume low quality fuels, which could not be used in a packaged boilers, such as chain grate boiler with high efficiency. Low emissions of NOx and SO2 is also the advantages of cfb boiler. The combustion temperature of a CFBC boiler is 800–900º. CFBC system can achieve a sulfur removal efficiency of 90%, NOx emissions are less than 200 mg/m3.
