How To Improve CFB Hot Water Boiler Efficiency
A circulating fluidized bed boiler is fuel flexibility and small carbon footprint, thus the CFB boiler is widely used in many industries, of which the circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler is more used in CHP, central heating, etc. This article will tell some measures about how to improve CFB hot water boiler efficiency.
Choose a reasonable coal particle size.
Calculations show that the fuel 0.5mm or less fine coal particles send into the fluidized bed combustion chamber will soon be brought out with the flue gas. This part of fine coal particles are incomplete combustion and cause heat loss. Therefore, choosing reasonable coal particle size is very important to improve the coal-fired CFB hot water boiler combustion efficiency.
Note air distribution device and fluidization quality.
Circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler requires the air distribution apparatus should be uniform, there should be no coarse sediments and dead zones. The air in bed layer not only claims for even distribution, also should be formed into small streams so to reduce the initial bubble diameter. Only meet the above requirements, the circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion efficiency will be increased.
Pay attention to coal-feeding way.
The solid fuel that added to the circulating fluidized bed boiler should be spread evenly throughout the bed surface, to prevent partial carbon load is too high and cause local hypoxia. Thus the coal-feeding point should be in decentralized arrangement, the amount of coal should not be added in a centralized period.
