Autoclave is a necessary machine in aerated brick industry to ensure the quality of brick. Maintenance of autoclave door
If the door of the top opening autoclave is not flexible, we can adjust the position or the weight of the balance brick accordingly. If the vertical of autoclave kettle body flange is in good condition, we can adjust the positioning screw nut on the door to make the lower end surface of the door outwards about 5mm than the upper side.
Air leakage of autoclave
Air leakage will affect the quality of products in the autoclave. If the sealing ring is used for a long time or broken, we should better change it. The debris in the seal face and cover flange should be cleaned. Checking the pipes, tightening bolts and repairing or replacing the valve gaskets to avoid the steam leakage in pipe joints and valves. Closing tightly the autoclave door and steam discharge valve. The cases such as inlet pipe is clogged or the sealing rings be placed uneven or appear twist should be avoided.
Accident prevention
Owing to the high temperature and high pressure required by production, preventing the explosion of the autoclave is necessary by these methods. Not allowed any hitting on autoclave door and body, should avoid any pressure components subjected to any mechanical damage. Any holes, weld brackets and additional accessories are prohibited. No building shall be connected or welding on the autoclave body. Safety valve opening pressure shall not exceed the design pressure of the autoclave; safety valve and the reactor body header directly connected, in the middle does not allow the installation of any valve. Safety accessories (safety valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, kettle cover safety interlock device) should be kept complete and effective during operation, non-super-temperature, over-pressure operation. After the autoclave relief, only when the gauge indicates zero, we can pull the safety device and drain the steam by residual gas valve
Daily maintenance
Daily maintenance of autoclave is needed by maintaining the hand speed reducer in good lubrication condition, painting the outside of sealing ring with lubricant regularly, cleaning residual material daily and thoroughly clean regularly, keeping the downside of movable bearing clean to make it expand freely, maintaining the safety accessories work normally.
