Autoclave explosion reasons
The direct cause of explosion is the improper operation of equipment operator in aerated concrete production line. If the operator feed steam and pressurize for autoclave when the autoclave door has not been locked well, the accident will be occur. The other case is that the safety interlock device of autoclave is not completely work to restrict rotation of autoclave door, which causes the explosion accident. The indirect reason is untrained operator of aerated autoclave concrete equipment has no pressure vessel operating certificate. The inspection and maintenance system is not perfect. 1.Strict autoclave operation rules
2.Safety accessories (safety valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, kettle cover safety interlock device) should be kept complete and effective during operation, non-super-temperature, over-pressure operation
3.Not allowed any hitting on autoclave door and body, should avoid any pressure components subjected to any mechanical damage
4.A thorough cleaning should be carried out for the inner rail and the sides, bottom of autoclave
5.Any holes, weld brackets and additional accessories are prohibited. No building shall be connected or welding on the autoclave body
6. Safety valve opening pressure shall not exceed the design pressure of the autoclave; safety valve and the reactor body header directly connected, in the middle does not allow the installation of any valve
7. When opening autoclave, no person shall stand in front of the gate
8. After the autoclave relief, only when the gauge indicates zero, we can pull the safety device and drain the steam by residual gas valve
