The lower part of the furnace is dense phase material layer, at the bottom is water-cooled air distribution plate, hoods are evenly arranged on the air distribution plate cross section. Hoods use special high temperature resistance and wear-resistance steel made of finishing. The heated primary air by air pre-heater goes into furnace through air chamber and hoods. To ensure the back-feeder reliably work, the high pressure air in air chamber uses the primary air to reduce the cycled fly ash reburning efficiency. Meanwhile arranging water-cooled system in the separator to avoid coking and ash fouling.
If the fuel of difficult to fire, it can mix with searing bed material quickly. It can be heated to fire temperature. Due to strong turbulence and material circulation in the bed, it extends the burning stay time. Fuel is sent back to the combustion chamber through separator. It can reduce the carbon content of fly ash. The combustion efficiency of circulating fluidized bed power plant boiler is up to 97%~99%. The operation temperature of circulating fluidized bed is 850~950.
