The 46 MW corner tube hot water boiler adopts two patents from Xi’an Jiaotong University:

1) Flying dust re-combustion equipment based on the high temperature separation.
2)Combined uniform flow design technique of DHL Series Corner Tube Chain Grate Boiler flag pattern surface.

Besides, it has reliable water circulation, high efficiency combustion, and low emissions that has a higher efficiency than national standards.

Background

In Dec. 2014, cooperated with Xi’an Jiaotong University, our company launched large capacity 46MW corner tube hot water boiler and the efficiency test was successfully operated by a heating company in Jilin, China.
