It is vacuum inside, and the water in the vacuum pot turn into high temperature steam and then condensing on the heat exchanges, then the water in the pipe is heated. The water in the vacuum pot has no increase, reduce, in or out, it transfers the power with U tube and heat exchange. The vacuum boiler in ZG Boiler take three-pass structure, the second return pipe with threaded smoke pipe, heat transfer is enhanced. The third return pipe using the smooth pipe, reduce flue gas flow resistance. Large heating surface, low temperature heat medium, large temperature difference, the exhaust gas temperature is low.The overall thermal efficiency is up to 92 percent or more. Never furnace fouling, it can run for many years to maintain high efficiency.
