CFB Boiler Drum and Water Cooling System

Diameter of steam drum is Φ1500mm and thickness is 22mm, and diameter of water drum is Φ900mm and thickness is 16mm, both of which are made fromQ245R boiler grade steel plate.
Steam drum is laid on two supporting seats and the convection bank hangs water drum.
The lower part of the furnace of the cooling system is heating surface for the horizontal pipe, pipe seamless steel tubes for the Φ51 × 6 plus wear flat steel welding, pipe specifications of the upper and lower header are Φ273 × 8; there are three film cooling wall and the former water wall upper, water wall tube pitch is100, pipe specifications is Φ51 × 4, It is butt-welding with tube joint that the connection between tubes of membrane wall and header.; the former and back of the water wall tube pitch is 100, the pipe specification is Φ51 × 3, using the welding form between the connection of tube and header. In addition to the water wall header specification sheet membrane wall of the header is Φ273 × 8, the rest are Φ219 × 8.
There are 5 Φ133 × 6 drop tube connected with the down drum on down tube header, there are 5Φ108×4.5rised tube connected with the rised drum on rised tube header, under the header of the three membrane wall has two Φ133 × 6 drop tube connected the down drum, upper box each has four Φ108 × 4.5 increase in tube connected with the drum. The ratio that flow area of down comers divides that of up risers is 0.66, and the ratio that flow area of leading steam tubes divides that of up risers is 0.384. The ratio that flow area of membrane wall divides that of up risers is 0.337, and the ratio that flow area of leading steam tubes divides that of up risers is 0.45. They both guarantee good water circulation.
Part of convection bank of water-cooled system is arranged in line, Horizontal, vertical pitch were 130 and the tubes of Φ51×3 are made from (GB3087-2008) steel tube. It is welding style that tubes of convection bank connected with steam and water drum.
